Hailee Steinfeld Keeps ‘Love Myself’ Message Alive On Empowering New Single, ‘Most Girls’!

After taking some time to expand her musical horizons with a whole bunch of satisfying collaborations – from “Fragile” with Prince Fox to her hit Zedd and Grey collab “Starving” to Kato and Sigala‘s “Show Me Love” to most recently, “At My Best” with Machine Gun KellyHailee Steinfeld is ready to put the focus back on just her with the release of her brand new single, “Most Girls“!

As with her debut single “Love Myself” and every other positive pop anthem that celebrates embracing inner beauty, “Most Girls” – written and produced by Ryan Tedder, Zach Skelton and One Love – is Hailee‘s way of keeping the “Love Myself” message alive, all while keeping her “good girl, good role model” image strong in the process (she’s no dummy): “Most girls are smart and strong and beautiful/ Most girls work hard, go far, we are unstoppable/ Most girls, our fight to make every day/ No two are the same/ I wanna be like, I wanna be like most girls,” she declares throughout the song.

With a strolling dance beat and those trendy high-pitched, vocal-loops moments in the post-chorus, Hailee‘s latest offering is a without a doubt a solid and breezy little, trend-hopping ditty. Whether or not the song makes much of an impact outside of Radio Disney remains to be seen, but I wouldn’t underestimate Hailee just yet – she’s managed to crack the Top 40 more than once already, she can do it again. What do you guys think?

Hailee Steinfeld’s new single “Most Girls” is also available on Apple Music and Spotify!
