Kygo Ditches Signature Sound On James Vincent McMorrow Collab Im In Love!

We’ve had the great pleasure of hearing almost half of Kygo‘s upcoming debut Cloud Nine now: From the breakout Parson James-assisted smash “Stole The Show” to “Fragile” and “Raging” — and they’re all killer. There’s simply not a single dud in the set – he stays consistent!

The Norwegian DJ and producer just dropped yet another cut from the collection called “I’m In Love” featuring Irish singer-songwriter James Vincent McMorrow, and this one is certainly no exception. The track is a gorgeous subtle trap-infused number that shows a slightly different side to Kygo‘s easy-going, tropical house style, which, in this case, exquisitely complements McMorrow‘s vocals without detracting from them.

Kygo has already established his uplfiting tropical house aesthetic, so it’s nice to hear him switch it up every now and then.

Pre-order Kygo’s full-length debut studio album Cloud Nine on iTunes / Apple Music now!
