M.O Take Us Back To The ’90’s On ‘Good Friends’ EP – Stream Here!

M.OThe ladies of M.O are BACK to save our sorry, unfortunate souls!!!

The rising British trio – made up of Frankee Connolly, Annie Ashcroft and Nadine Samuels – had me seriously hooked with their under-appreciated , throwback smash “Preach” and its slick accompanying music video almost exactly a year ago. They’ve remained relatively quiet since the release of “Preach,” but that’s all about to chance now that the girls have recently signed a new record deal with Polydor Records, which is home to some of our faves like: Ellie Goulding, Years & Years, Lana Del Rey, Tove Lo, Shura, Cheryl Cole and just about anybody else who happens to be amazing.

In celebration, M.O have decided to treat us to some new music in the form of their freshly released Good Friends EP, their last indie release before their official major label single, which is set to be dropping soon. The entire EP — from the wobbly ’90’s R&B Bless Beats-produced “Good Friends” to the chilly electro-R&B banger “Love The Most” (feat. Yungen) to the skittering “No Foolish Love” – is all sorts of sweetly sung, forward-thinking millennial pop realness, bringing to mind everything from Destiny’s Child to TLC to Aaliyah, and even a little bit of Dream. I can’t get enough of them!

Without a doubt a promising start to the new year, I am definitely looking forward to hearing what else M.O has to offer – TAKE NOTES AND GET FAMILIAR NOW KIDS!

BUY M.O’s brand new Good Friends EP on iTunes / Apple Music now!
